Broken Calstar 90J – Repaired!

This Calstar 90J was broke in half and the customer just wanted the fugi guides stripped off, I got to looking at it and the break was clean and the pieces meshed back together well so I sleeved it from the inside with a fitted piece of graphite and extended the original trim band a bit to cover the scar, Its holding up fine.

Harnell 542 brought back from dead

This Harnell 542 looked like it had sat in the desert sun for 20 years. Stripped it down, Painted and re finished it and wrapped it with Harnell colors with a modern day tiger wrap and the customers first initial weaved in gold thread.

New custom wrapped Calstar

The customer wanted a wrap that looked good but was quick and cheaper than a weave or crosswrap. I gave him a tiger base wrap and 3 color guide wraps with some inlay detail.
